IMPORTANT: 

1.  When you begin your course DO NOT advance the videos by dragging the player to the end of the video. You must watch the entire video in order to advance to the next section.

2. Chromebook devices will not work with our system. Chromebook will not work with most video programs.  

3.  The following browsers work best - Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera

4.  DO NOT use Internet Explorer.  Internet Explorer has not been supported since 2015 and should not be used regardless.

5. You MUST be logged in the access the courses.

6.  Please refer to our FAQ for further information.
