Course Objective:
Part I: We are going to be discussing self-awareness, what it is, and how you can develop or improve your self-awareness to have a more productive and satisfying work and personal life. Our learning objectives for this module are:
- Understand your sensitivity line
- Clarifying personal values
- Apply your personal learning style
- Discover your orientation toward change
- Identify your interpersonal style
2-hour Instructor Teaching Methods
IMPORTANT:
1. When you begin your course DO NOT advance the videos by dragging the player to the end of the video. You must watch the entire video in order to advance to the next section.
2. Chromebook devices will not work with our system. Chromebook will not work with most video programs.
3. The following browsers work best - Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera
4. DO NOT use Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer has not been supported since 2015 and should not be used regardless.
5. You MUST be logged in the access the courses.
